Job Description
Our family is seeking a reliable, loving, and engaging part-time nanny for our 4-year-old son.
Schedule:
Consistent 3-5 days per week, 2:30-5:30 PM. We are flexible on specific days to accommodate class schedules.
Opportunities for additional hours and overtime on school holidays and with optional house management tasks (errands, light organizing, etc.).
Responsibilities:
School pickup.
Engaging/planning fun and developmental activities, crafts, or outings.
Light meal prep for Finn (healthy snacks/lunch prep).
Teaching boundaries and new skills through play and exploration.
Perks:
Guaranteed weekly hours. This means if we are out of town or don't need your help for various reasons, you will still get paid for our agreed upon hours for that time.
Pay through W-2.
Two weeks of paid vacation (coordinated together).
About Us:
Mom works as a marketing executive from home. Dad is an attorney at a bank and works a hybrid schedule. We view our nanny as part of our parenting team and family. We would love someone with experience with toddlers and that plans to stay in Dallas over the summer. Our son is a bright, curious, and fun 4-year-old who loves being around people, learning, and staying busy with activities.
